Canadian Association of Government Finance Officers (CAGFO) Annual Conference – Break Out Session
October 1, 2021
Fortune Magazine reports that career conversations are a critical retention strategy and succession planning activity. In response, pro-active companies are placing employee career development at the top of their priority list.
During this October 1st session at the Annual Conference for the Canadian Association of Government Finance Officers (CAGFO), managers will learn how to engage in career conversations. Participants will access key coaching questions which help employees 1) identify their career goals and aspirations, 2) develop strategies to close the gap between their current performance and their goals, and 3) build a career action plan to support their success.
Your facilitator will be Joanne Loberg, Career Strategist & Certified Executive Coach of JL Careers (www.jlcareers.com). She brings over 20 years’ experience leading career planning conversations and coaching managers so they can conduct meaningful career conversations with their employees.
